Hi, I’m Sydney 🧡
I'm a personal trainer, brand new mom, wellness nerd, and very much still figuring it out. I used to think being "fit" meant being perfect. Counting every bite. Never missing a workout. Always being in control.
But that version of me was tired, anxious, & constantly chasing a moving finish line.
Movement is my anchor. It helps me feel grounded & strong in every aspect of my life, especially as I step into the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
I started teaching fitness in 2016 with a yoga certification and shaky confidence.
Since then, I’ve become a personal trainer focused on women’s strength, and have become certified in Lagree, EMS, & more—but my favorite credential has been learning to be kind to my body.
In 2022, I left a career in finance to pursue fitness full-time.
I still get nervous before filming workouts. I still have days when a walk is all I can manage.
And that’s the point. This isn’t about doing it perfectly — it’s about showing up, again and again, in the body you’re in.
Fitness should always feel freeing rather than punishing. Your body is allowed to change, and real progress comes from showing up consistently, not from being perfect every single time. Rest is something you deserve, not something you have to earn.
Right now, in my early thirties, I feel I’m in the best shape of my life. This isn’t because of how I look but because of how I feel inside—calm, connected, and confident in my own rhythm. I truly want you to experience that same sense of well-being too.
